We followed King’s Ridge with The Royal Collection, located at King Road & Keele Street. This community also featured 42′ singles and townhomes but was all about offering refined luxury by introducing stucco and stone elevations. Homebuyers here appreciated being able to select an elegant residence that suited their need for space and style.

The Market Collection was our next community, offering 42′ singles and townhomes. Situated right at the corner of King and Dufferin and adjacent to King City’s all new retail hub – The King’s Ridge Marketplace. The Market Collection was an invitation to those who wanted to find a balance between a small-town lifestyle and modern urban convenience.

Then there was The Castles of King City — an elite collection of expansive 50’ estate homes, many of which were positioned on forested lots up to 200′ deep. The Castles offered a truly luxurious countryside living experience that discerning homebuyers fell in love with.
